The Jhansi region’s dry climate helps produce kernels with low moisture and firm texture, which reduces spoilage and improves shelf stability and a critical factor for international buyers. Compared to coastal-grown peanuts, ours are better suited for dry roasting, bulk oil extraction, and long-haul shipments. These peanuts are manually sorted and sun-dried using traditional techniques before packaging.
